This plant would be expandable with bolt on units. Each unit adds the same amount of the original module.They hope when the LNG plant opens to be up to 5 bolt on modules, hope for 100,000 to 120,000 barrels a day of production of condensates.

Yes the current build at the well head is approved to build roads, a site and a pipeline.
That pipe can be used for commercial oil or the stripping plant whatever the need is. IOC has the cash to pay for this.
