The soluiton is simple. Fire 50% of the staff immediately (cut expense in half). Revs could hold up a couple years and generate about $35M/year, then as rev declines YOY keep cutting until you can't run it an make money. Do a yearly payment to shareholders with generaed cash. Take the current $70M + $100M over next 4 years (give this business model)and that gets you about $3 bucks a share over time. Best you can do IMHO.
