I still stand by my rationale. They came in line with estimates, nothing has really changed.

Anyone expecting any kind of upward earnings surprise this quarter shouldn't have. They now have less than 10% of revenue coming from wireline, this has always been the drag to top line growth.

2 things are looming, 1) wireline drag will soon be behind them 2) The new platform is in beta, getting good response, and will soon be launched. This will likely draw offline users to paid online users.

They're burning little in the way of cash over the last year and although the economic picture is not great, for the above reasons there's every reason to believe their new initiatives will yield results. The new management team is on the ball.

I feel bad for individuals that have held this for years at much higher prices watching IPAS wireline business suck the wind out of the company as it transfered their customer base to an all broadband platform, but this is the very reason to be optimistic at this juncture. Little wireline left, and a platform that ideally plays into the contemporary needs of the large enterprise and their mobile computing access and streamlining.
