Give this BOD credit(blame)when it is due.They continue to exceed even the analyst's expectations for their losses! The fourth quarter should also be ugly along with at least the first half of 2010. If this BOD had any honor left? They would appoint a successor BOD and resign. They have absolutely no credibilty left. I suspect that a forced merger is one of the few remaining options available unless they can (which I doubt) pull the proverbial rabbit out of their hat. Sad times for both the shareholders and the employees.
