notx, you are correct...santa henos strikes again...in a red hot biotech refinance market all they could get was this crappy deal...
this deal does 1 thing gets them more money to keep the mgt. getting paychecks. terrible dilution for the shareholders.... see my previous comment in sept....i smelled this happening... Rating :
