My favorite part was when the operator told Rich that there were no questions (and nobody from Wall St in attendance)...."errr, lets give it another 10-15 seconds because sometime people have problems with the buttons"....you cant make this stuff up folks. If you want to know why this company has so many blowups over the past few years, just listen to this call. Nuff said.
