Haven't had a chance to review annual filing but I would speculate that some big holders read the 10K this weekend and saw something they didn't like. 2X average volume and a 16% decline not a good sign. Market Cap of just over $280M?? They probably paid over $200M for Blaney's advertising Co alone. Wow. We know the pipeline is wonderful as we are told every quarter & the win rate is over 50% as we have been told for years but the Revenue growth is not making it to bottom line STILL. And yes we know it is a challenging environment yada yada yada. And the first quarter is usually down due to some payroll tax payments yada yada yada, What?. And every acquisition 'was' accretive ZZzzzz. And the incremental upside to bundled or is it encrusted a la carte services offers tremendous promise. Ok yes,I admit, I am tired of the same conf call script. Let's start fresh....How about where have we been? Where did we go wrong (It's ok to fess up) What are we going to do about it? And let's move on....
