Well, the 10K is pretty boring. No subsequent events.

They do highlight REHI (real estate held for investment) of $335MM versus ZERO in the prior period. The nihilists will dismiss this but to my knowledge this determination is new and represents a strategic statement.

Their nine month operating cashflow was $99MM v. $37.6 at June 30, so their Q3 operating cash flow was over $60MM, well above my guess of $30MM.

Their nominal loan maturities in Mar and Apr 2010 of $725MM have outstanding balances of $460MM, indicating iStar retired about $40MM of these obligations during the quarter.

The Mar 2017 maturities of nominal $189MM have an outstanding balance of just under $100MM, unchanged from June 30, so all that activity during Q3 was someone/entity other than iStar.

As a cash flow fan I'm delighted with the continuing positive operating cash flow.
