The frickin WSJ told everyone a week or so ago that there were 2 offers at 19 to 20 per share. The company then confirmed the story with their announcement that they were reviewing options. It didn't take a genius to deduce that if a deal came together it would be above 20 per share.

Very childish to accuse someone of luck or insider trading just because it was right there in front of your eyes and you missed it.
