I can't say I'm surprised. The last earnings report showed MATERIAL improvement. Better yet, they were talking about being EBIT positive for this year, and showing MATERIAL profitability next year (15% operating margin, I seem to recall?). If the latter is the case for next year, this stock will be closer to $10, in a 12-18 months.

A LOAD of cash per share. Back it out (assume they were to pay it all out in a dividend), and even at $3.25, I think you're only paying like $1.50 per share for the company. That's CHEAP!

My own estimates, based on their guidance, is that this thing can earn upwards of $1 per ADR, in 2011. It should be pretty clear that if they are able to achieve that, this stock will LIKELY be in the double digits, in a couple years.
