Looks like TRICARE will be forced to rebid... this is good news for Humana. There is no way that a re-bid can be done in less than a year, so looks like Humana keeps the contract through at least 2010. Of course, there is no way to be sure what will happen here, but now two of the three protests have been upheld by the GAO- that would be pretty hard for TRICARE to ignore.
