IDND's two major investors are Lou Simpson who runs Berkshire Hathaway's fund and Greg Abbott who started Earthlink. Lou Simpson and his wife have invested more than 26 million dollars and Greg Abbott has 46 million dollars in IDND.

Furthermore, IDND will be cash flow positive in 2010 with ColdStar and Protica. Hershey was mentioned in the 2nd quarter report by IDND. We should be hearing any day about a contract with Hershey. IDND's management is bringing the answer up globably. Once a company switch to IDND's technology thay will be with IDND for a long time. IDND is the only company in the world with this technology. I have been with IDND for 14 years and obviously believe in the companies furture.
