UNSECURED DEBT IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE AND THE LEAST AVAILABLE KIND OF DEBT WHEN THINGS GET TOUGH. WHY-BECAUSE IT IS UNSECURED. Hello. But maybe someone else will GET IT and it will save them a few bucks.

In any event, my postings have been useful to me. I know a lot about real estate but less about reits. At the start, i didnt know what i didnt know about reits. My postings have helped me think thru issues and i was hoping to get some constructive feedback or fine tuning. Its the way i brainstorm with people and pick other peoples brains. Turns out, i was mostly brainstorming with myself and picking my own brain. Useful but a little disappointing.
