Interesting, but a lot of crystal balling IMHO.
There may be some truth in what they say for those investors who purchased in 05-07, where the prices where drivEn by 'emotional exhuberance', and now find themselves with high leverage, and reduced values. I don't believe HRP is in that category. Because of the frenzy to sell, we may see HRP go down a bit along with the 'dogs'. I wouldn't worry about it if we are in it for income and long term, JMHO.
