Hill Rom IT is worth at least $ 250M
The Vest is worth at least $ 200Million
Cash of $ 250 Million
Total without beds and Rental= $ 800 Million

Anyone with a lick of sense and $ 700 Million could offer a 10% premium buy this abomination sell off all of the pieces I just mentioned and have the bed and rental business free (which could then be sold for $ 250 Million).

I just wonder why no one has done this?
