Having just recently started watching HRC and having read all of
your enlightening comments, rebuttals, and menutia on this company, I thought I would submit this question to the 'think tank':

Why does HRC not pay dividends, as well as they (appear to be) are doing? Seems curious to me. May be a silly question, but one for which I don't have a good answer. Gracious for responses.
