Profitability would take a hit if they lost all their bank fees but it doesn't appear that will happen. So lets assume they do disappear to zero. Liberty will continue to make up for it with growth. They have the smallest penetration in the marketplace compared to JTX and HRB so continued growth offsets the loss in bank product revenue.

At breakeven for P/L Liberty can sustain itself while it grows. JTX is in trouble. They are already having financial troubles, have little room for growth (even given the agreement with Wal-Mart).
