JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* One to three years of business experience
* Experience in a retail work environment
* Strong customer relationship skills with the desire and proven ability to work in a diverse work setting
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
* Proven analytical and problem solving skills
* Understanding and previous use of a Windows-based computer system.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Minimum of two years experience supervising associates in positions requiring different levels of education and experience.
* Willing to work flexible hours
* If offered, willing to relocate to accept promotion to a higher level position within Tax Services
