I've been quiet on this board for awhile, but reading the compensation section of the Proxy got me typing again.

Apparently the $600k base pay PLUS the $200k cash bonus PLUS options etc wasn't enough for the new CEO. The Proxy stated that the board felt so good about her performance that they awarded her AN EXTRA $107k CASH BONUS.

The board paid out $2+ million to Apix to help them lay off all you workers, then paid another $2 million or so in comp for new execs, plus another $500k to themselves for board comp....all while telling employees the company can't provide soft drinks anymore (that must have saved the company $5000 a year!)

What I can't understand is why employees still work for these folks. Yes I understand the need for a paycheck, but where is your self respect, people?

When the new execs from the new HQ in NYC are done with you, bye bye. Keep your resume up to date....on a separate PC.
