Myself, I am training in my new career that the Workforce Investment Act is currently paying for along with getting my unemployment. The state is checking out how NOT returning back to work will affect the Trade Adjustment Act, when my fellow employee's file the petition. Guess they haven't come across this situation. :) Actually the unemployment office cant believe they are actually calling people back after announcing they will close the plant in 2010. Their reply when told the situation "your joking right?" Guess for Honeywell, its cheaper for them because they won't have to pay me severance. Thats okay, I'll make more when I graduate from school next year. I don't need their money, it's dirty.
