+ appoint an immature, incompetent, neurotic personnel manager to head this company.

+ select a CEO with Askren’s record of performance at Mt. Pleasant (he was transferred to save him from the wood pile) and at Allsteel where after spending mega bucks on that did not produce Michaels saved his boy again with transfer of highly profitable HON product to Allsteel.

+ have a Board of Directors would not remover Askren for performance, abusive behavior and/or sheer in incompetence.

+ let this guy dismantle company in company in a way that undermines its strategic future.

+ leave in place all those Askren sycophant vps and the bloated Board of Directors while slashing and burning members and facilities.
