I'm sure we all know that there will be a shareholders meeting sometime in December to discuss the impending sale of our HNBC to FNFG. I for one will welcome the fact that the dividends will come back. But I have to be honest that the exchange rate of .474 stinks to high heaven. But I guess we can thank our boys and girls of the HNBC board for that one. Does anyone also get the feeling that Paul G. and company never wanted to work with the regulators and thus were trying to sell the company from the very beginning? I was down to my local branch the other week where I have a couple of friends who work for the bank and they think that CEO Paul G. is a moron. They think he should resign and get out while the getting is good. But the only problem is that FNFG's CEO thinks that Paul G. is the greatest thing since apple pie and ice cream. I normally don't show up at shareholders meetings because I work. But for this meeting I plan on attending and I certainly hope I get a chance to speak. Because Paul G. will regret that day!! It's about time that the stockholders know the lying and deception that this man has done to our bank of nearly 100 years. And trust me, Paul will not be the only one who will not be happy. The whole board of directors ought to be ashamed of themselves for literally destroying the bank. I feel sorry for the companies that these men work for because if the way they managed the well being of HNBC is the way they manage their own companies, God Help Us! Of course we also need to thank Tim and Todd Hendricks of THP proerties. The boys who sit up in the front bench at church and who put's plenty of cash in the offering plate. They can do that, but can't pay their loans. And finally FNFG has offered Paul G. a job as officer of the branches in this area. OH Lord Have Mercy On Us All!!!! I only wish that FNFG's CEO would attend the stockholders meeting and maybe he will hear the hatred that people have for this man.
