Well, I hate to say it, but you had to write a letter to tell us that there wasn't going to be a dividend for the second quarter? How stupid do you think we are Paul? You make a huge adjustment to adjust for the stock price which nets a 8 million dollar loss and only a real dummy would think that the company was going to pay that huge dividend of .01 per share. And then you have the stock drop to a pittance price and get First Niagara to buy us with a lousy stock conversion of about 30% of what shares we own. And then you also brag about that whopping .14 dividend per share. On what Paul? We've lost a large percentage of our shares and you expect us to give you and the board of directors a hearty well done? GIVE ME A BREAK!!!! I only wish you read this board to really know what people think of you. But as you told me the corporate lawyers told you not to for your own protection. Maybe they thought you might take a gun to your head!
