Acccording to the conference call this morning Highwoods had another good quarter and is in great financial shape.

It's credit line is totally undrawn and the company is in a strong position to make opportunistic acquistions.

Highwoods is not at the mercy of the credit markets because it has only 4 million dollars of debt coming due in 2009, nothing coming due in 2010, and only 107 million coming due in 2011.
