MIB Index for 3Q shows insurance applications UP .3%, and UP 1.8% for September alone. And yet, HH revenue is down 7%, 4% in Portamedic alone. How is that making progress, Roy? If HH was really making progress, you would have at least had flat revenue. A decline of 4% in Portamedic is a clear sign that HH is still losing market share and a loss of over a million dollars in Portamedic sales for the quarter. Does that REALLY please you, Larry? Because, as a shareholder, that doesn't exactly please me and if that meets the chairman's expectations then you are really clueless. And the $3.2 million decline in HH Services business is not due to reduced demand for services, it's a 32% LOSS OF CUSTOMERS WHO WENT TO YOUR COMPETITION.
