I wouldn't lose sleep over this issue. All we have is an unconfirmed report that Scher will be talking about Apoptone at some time in the future. I would guess the company will disclose that when the time comes. One of the trial sites for Apoptone is Memorial Sloan Kettering so I am sure Scher knows of it.
