Of course vaccine production, development and administration is highly affected by the trial lawyers. The lawyers sued, won countless lawsuits with no objective basis and the manufacturers bolted. What is even more disgusting is that the remaining manufacturers negotiated essential immunity while the trial lawyers got a gigantic "vaccine injury" slush fund financed by the taxpayers. And guess what? The payouts are administered by lawyers! Did the millions if not billions of dollars paid to the trial lawyers do anything to improve the vaccine industry? Of course not. Witness what a joke this whole swine flu thing is. Health care "reform", as currently being formulated, is simply a variation of the same process.
