Seems if I remember correctly, the reason we have no flue vaccine is that the lack of tort reform drove the manufacturing of it out of the country. None of our pharmas would make if for fear of the law suits. How soon people forget. Again, if a politician says he wants to fix health care w/o tort reform, he is a bald face liar. JMHO
