I really don't see Marsalla's contract as anything but a 6 month friendly severence agreement. Stay home (and out of the loop), report to the board, we'll call you if we want you to set up some meetings for us.....your options are extended so don't throw stones at us on behalf of your mentor Richard....good luck in your next job.

As for Chuckies reference to La Jolla, I think it illustrates why HEPH is currently undervalued at a 16-17 million market cap:
La Jolla announced in February their ONLY clinical trial was a bust and their were looking at liquidation or sale of the company.....their market cap was as high as 28million months later, and was 16mil as recently as last month. Total equity was only 3.5mil at the end of 2008, so it was not about hordes of cash.
