Don't be fooled by their message about cutting costs. One way they did it was by suspending the 33% electric discount to all HE retirees and employees as a result of their last petition to the PUC. They've also cut down on employees making overtime to maintain aging equipment. The money saved there will cost more down the road when their @#$% breaks. So, they didn't make money by getting new customers, they just made more by taking away the employee perks and potentially jeopardizing equipment quality in the long run.
