I have been an account manager for 2 1/2 years. I have an MBA, and several years ago I took a job with HCSG since it offered the most opportunity. I absolutely love my job. I have gotten paid for every single holiday. I have received at least 6 raises since I've been with the company. I have been promoted 3 times and am currently an area manager/training manager and I handle marketing within my region. I have insurance through my wife so I don't know what that is like. However, everything that I was promised, I have received. I have worked for several other large companies including the Federal Government and I have never had a job that I enjoyed more. There are some knucklehead DM's I am sure, just as there are some ex-employees on here that probably deserved to get fired. Every company has them. However, I enjoy working with my DM, RM and RVP. The economy is bad right now but we are still hiring and getting new contracts every day. I think the majority of those people on this board talking smack about HCSG simply weren't doing their job (although a few may have legitimate gripes)and deserved to be fired. Not everyone is cut out to do this kind of work, but discouraging others from a real opportunity based on lies is simply juvenile.
