it wont matter to HCSG. they will just cut hours in the buildings without the client knowing about it. say they run 500 hours a week, they will cut it to 460 and eliminate 1 40 hour a week employee and make the account managet do that persons work since him/her is on salary. its a dirty lil trick that all HCSG high ups do. you know it and i know it!!!
