How much of the quarterly dividend is going to the stock, and how much is going to the two preferreds? Do the dividends go to any other purposes than those three (stock and HCP Preferred E and F)?
HCP is getting 13% of its revenue from Sunrise, and Sunrise is very undercapitalized and could go bankrupt. Does HCP have any other substantial part of revenue at risk? Rating :
