Buying is the easy part--selling is the hard part BUT so many people in the past year have had to sell to stop losses or sell when they were getting close to even. You on the other hand have made a 22% profit PLUS dividends. I may be wrong but I would guess that a large majority of investors in this stock are in a similar situation as you. The question I ask myself is if I sell and take my profit what will I buy that has the capital growth potential plus healthy dividend? Other than some of my other Healthcare Reits I can't come up with much that I like.
