I was 2 pymts behind and a 3rd coming due. I told the guy I'd Western Union 2 payments immediately and make the 3rd on the 15th. He said nope, no way, no how, it's too late. I've never seen a company leave money on the table., Especially when the house isn't worth half of what the note is.
