There was high volume trading boosting up HAS price up on Friday probably in anticipation of "great" numbers based off of Mattel's earnings report. I think those buyers sold off quickly on Monday after seeing Hasbro's actual results. Good results but mostly due to cutting costs, not due to growth. So high volume selling on Monday causing the stock to tank on Monday.

My personal opinion is Hasbro is easily a $27.00 per share stock based off its latest earnings report with upside going into the holiday season which lots of analysts are predicting to be horrible. The dividend gives you some downside protection in case my opinion is off. If Hasbro plays the holiday season right by putting out inexpensive toys and games, they could take advantage of the current conditions and hopefully swipe some market share away from Mattel.

My only concern is next year's holiday season. Hasbro will get a nice bump from the Iron Man movie but their profit margin on Iron Man toys aren't as good as Transformers and GI Joe. I just hope the licensing business for Transformers and GI Joe offsets whatever sales they lose on those toys next year due to Iron Man being their best item.
