Agree with about all said here.
And said some of the same things on the AGNC board couple of days ago. Rates imo will not rise untill earliest 2nd half 2010, and then only marginally, which means mreits still nicely profitable in a low ROE macro-enviroment. gl Sentiment : Buy Rating :
