They all say they are well-capitalized. Someone posted this with the article:

"41 of the 44 banks that have failed since last fall told the FDIC that they were well capitalized about a year or less before they became insolvent. The remaining three said they were "adequately capitalized." Westsound Bank in Bremerton, Wash., claimed to be well capitalized eight days before federal agents seized its assets."
