No sales, no revenue, lots of dilution, and few assets left.

The part about the big lawsuit the company lost plus PM's felony conviction, too. PM seems to think that he can get the huge lawsuit loss (default judgment) set aside. Maybe he should have shown-up in court. How many $ millions did they lose in that lawsuit, and I wonder if collection actions have been started by the winning party?
