Can someone tell me about this guy, I see that he has aquired 45,000,000 shares recently. Someone told me that he dumped a lot of shares on the market driving down the price after he got a really low price for loaning the company money. I was told this but am not sure if this was sour grapes. Do you think he would do this again. I also see nothing about the trials. I also see that there appears to be some concern of a US address and them being in Canada. IS this company hiding something. Can anyone tell me the status of the trials.

I am new at trading and wanted ot get someones opinio n who watches this stock and has some knowledge.
