I fully agree with you.

I bought to cover this morning with a small profit. The institutions have been manipulating this stock big time. There's no way the rental business is improving in such a crappy jobless/staycation environment.

IMO S&P has lost its credibility a long time ago and should even be shut down. They were giving good credit ratings to the banks right before the 2008 meltdown.

I'll be waiting for HTZ to go up to 13-15$ to take another short position.
