they intialy registered 7 million a few months ago....then decided only to sell 4,887,500 in this offering so they deregistering those additional shares...
all shares that were announced earlier this month were sold...

The Registration Statement registered 7,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”).


On October 9, 2009, the Company completed an underwritten public offering of 4,887,500 shares of Common Stock pursuant to the Registration Statement.
