Sorry to be the bearer of bad news (short term) but the secondary went effective yesterday. I have been fairly diligent in checking the SEC website but should have posted this yesterday. Obviously, they can't execute the secondary until this statement is submitted to the SEC. I would expect TINY to sell shares 10% to 20% below current market price in the next week or two (Or at least that was the case the last two times). The news should result in short term weakness but long term no worries.
