i think the consensus for 6c was based on non-gaap
Non-GAAP net income attributable to Himax (HIMX:$2.68,00$0.04,001.52%) stockholders for the third quarter of 2009 was $16.2 million or $0.09 per diluted ADS, down from $32.5 million or $0.17 per diluted ADS for the third quarter of 2008, and up from $17.9 million or $0.10 per diluted ADS for the second quarter of 2009
