In accordance with regulated investment company distribution rules, we are required to declare current year dividends to be paid from carried over excess taxable income from 2008 before we file our 2008 tax return in September 2009, and we must pay such dividends by December 31, 2009. END QUOTE. IMO, we should also receive $.08-.12 in a fifth distribution, as a result of the Board's decision to pay 90-95% of EPS each quarter, with a 5th "spillover" distribution at the end of the year.
