In a Barron's article, last August, John Keeley Jr. of Keeley Asset said the company would be able to buy back its stock in December, which would be one year after their second step stock offering. There is a one year waiting period to buy back stock in these types of offerings. Has anyone in the bank's area of operations heard anything about this happening? Thanks and good luck.
