I understand that the "devil is in the details" but the fact is that the shareholder value has taken an enormous hit. Why? And remember, they sold their property assets and now lease back their facilities. The sale was supposed to enable business growth but at this rate we will soon be able to use our shares for wallpaper. I also do not like the stock splits they use as dividends. They dilute the stock and tell us we have a dividend. That is a disservice to the shareholders (owners) by the management (employees). I am planning to go to the next shareholders meeting and voice my disapproval and make a call for change.
