Since Hamm is now willing to pay $10/share, does anyone have any thoughts as to why the spread is still about $0.20? It's not like we are months away from the deal closing, it could possibly close next week and that is a pretty large return when annualized. I guess I expected investors to bid this up to at least $9.98 or even take it above $10 to show Hamm that shareholders want more. Does anyone have insight on the risks involved that would warrent the spread?
