Home tax credit which just passed the senate and may be signed into law in a few days is a big plus for HW. In general, HW took the "going concern issue' off the table wiht its refinancing. Now the issue will the economy recover? It would the answer is yes and its just a matter of sitting back and watching HW move up. Will it go up today? next week? Who knows? The trend is up. Its easy to see and, now for the anayasts, is a no brainer call.
