If pilot plant is done and market is somewhat stable. Of course, TIANWEI needs to close this transaction. At current price we are at a future 132mm Market Cap or about Book Value. A successful pilot plant in December would mean they can start making deliveries and that should add to the b/v. Stay tuned. LDK got massacred today and that could happen to HOKU if they don't shape up on execution.
